Vercel's infrastructure uses data centres located in Europe, in line with GDPR requirements. Connection logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months unless a longer retention period is legally required.

$JTN is a utility token that is not fungible with a financial instrument, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) and the French Monetary and Financial Code.

Legal characteristics:

• No financial rights: $JTN does not confer any rights to income, dividends, or interest.
• No guaranteed return: The value of $JTN depends solely on its utility within the Jetons.re ecosystem and secondary-market supply/demand.
• No voting or governance rights: $JTN does not grant access to any collective decisions or property rights over Journal.re SAS or Jetons.re.
• Not a financial instrument: $JTN is not a security, bond, or regulated investment product.
• Outside the PSAN scope: Jetons.re is not a Digital Asset Service Provider (PSAN) authorised by the AMF. The site offers no custody, exchange, or intermediation services for crypto-assets.

Exclusive use:

$JTN is designed to facilitate access to services, content, or benefits within the Jetons.re ecosystem (e.g. access to events, community rewards, etc.). Acquiring it should not be considered a financial investment.

Risks inherent to crypto-assets:

• Volatility: The value of $JTN may fluctuate significantly, including total loss of value.
• Loss of funds: Users bear all risks related to storing and using their non-custodial wallets.
• Individual responsibility: Jetons.re cannot be held responsible for lost private keys, transaction errors, or wallet hacking.

Jetons.re provides no financial, legal, or tax advice. Users should consult a professional before acquiring $JTN.

Access restricted to adults and protected persons:

The site and $JTN purchases are reserved for adults with legal capacity. Persons under guardianship or curatorship must obtain authorisation from their legal representative.

Data collected:

Data processed by Jetons.re (forms, technical cookies, interactions) is only used to:

• Process user requests;
• Improve site security and performance;
• Facilitate community interactions.

Legal basis:

Processing is based on:

• Performance of a contract (for services linked to $JTN);
• User consent (for non-essential cookies);
• Legal obligations (e.g. log retention for security).

User rights:
